DC140 EPOXY PRIMER

EPIC DC140 is designed for use on substrates where cement leveling compounds will be applied and greater adhesion is required.  Excellent for use where self-leveling cement will be applied to non-suction substrates such as burnished concrete, resinous coatings, metal, etc.. . Provides superior bond when compared with regular all-purpose acrylic primers. Designed to be combined with sand broadcast. Exhibits low to no odor. 


DC392 Epoxy Mortar Surfacer/Repair

EPIC DC392 Epoxy Mortar Surfacer/Repair is designed for repair of spalled and damaged concrete and for applications where excellent wear characteristics and strength are required. Recommended for heavy traffic areas, forklift traffic, mechanical rooms, manufacturing and production facilities.


DC500 Trowel Applied Epoxy Crack Filler

EPIC DC500 is a two component 100% solids trowel applied epoxy crack filler designed for shallow repair in multiple substrates including concrete and masonry. Based on a unique 100% solids formulation, this product can be applied in both horizontal and vertical applications. Available in grey.


DC510 LIQUID EPOXY FAST SET CONCRETE REPAIR

EPIC DC510 Liquid Epoxy Fast Set Concrete Repair consists of  a two-component polymer packaged with aggregate for patching and repairing concrete, creating a mix with 3 components, in total. Used for repair of spalled concrete, holes, cracks and thresholds on uneven concrete slabs.


DC520 Oil Stop Primer

Epic DC520 Oil Stop Primer is designed to be used on substrates which are contaminated with petroleum based products. This product is scientifically developed to penetrate deeply into the substrate, effectively blocking oil from rising to the surface and creating excellent adhesion and compatibility with any materials which are applied upon its surface. DC530 Flexible Joint Sealant

EPIC DC530 Joint Sealant is a two-component 100% solids, flexible joint sealant designed for applications where a resilient material is required. This product is excellent for use in expansion and control joints in concrete in order to allow for the application of epoxy coatings in creating a seamless floor.


DC540 Moisture Block

EPIC DC540 mitigates existing moisture vapor emission in substrates which exhibit readings as high as 95% RH per ASTM F2170. The product should be applied prior to application of vinyl, cement leveling products, terrazzo, wood, carpet, polymeric coating systems, and other floor coverings or toppings. EPIC DC540 meets ASTM F3010 product requirements for vapor permeability at the recommended thickness. For interior use. Exhibits low to no odor. Available in clear.


DC930 CONCRETE CONDITIONER

DC930 is a high quality, water-based solution which has been specifically developed for polishing concrete, cement and other mineral-based substrates. This proprietary formulation consists of specialized nano particles that penetrate deeply into the pores of the concrete, ensuring long term performance, stain resistance and appearance. Because of the deep penetration of Epic DC930, there is no visible coating and  therefore no risk of delamination from the substrate. The result is a beautiful enhancement of the polished installation. 


DC940 WATERPROOFER AND DENSIFIER

DC940 is a professional grade product designed to strengthen, protect and provide waterproofing characteristics to cement and concrete. This specialized formulation penetrates deeply into the substrate, reacting with the concrete and becoming an integral part of the cement matrix. The result is a breathable material with greater hardness, strength and water resistance which protects the surface from wear, moisture and efflorescence. 


DC950 Concrete Densifier

EPIC DC950 is a one component, water-based lithium dispersion designed to densify cement and concrete substrates. The lithium based densifier reacts with the cementitious ingredients to densify while allowing deep penetration to chemically harden and fortify the substrate. After the chemical reaction occurs, the substrate will be more abrasion resistant and help protect the surface from wear, moisture and efflorescence while remaining breathable. Recommended for use on most concrete or cement surfaces.
